What to expect at our Sunday gatherings
Eucharist. Scripture. Prayer.
Our Sunday morning liturgy is comprised of three core components: Eucharist (Communion), Scripture, and prayer.
The first half of our liturgy centers on the reading of four passages of Scripture (Old Testament, Psalm, New Testament, and Gospel) with a homily based on that Sunday’s texts.
The second half of our liturgy is focused on receiving Eucharist together with musical worship before, during, and after.

Common questions regarding our Sunday gathering
-
Wear what you’d like! Our parish is full of a variety of Sunday outfits. Some dress up, some dress comfortably, and some people rock khakis. So come in what you find fitting for a Sunday service.
-
On most Sundays, we have classes for kids between two and eight years old. When you arrive, head to the check-in counter to get your kids set up for our Sunday formation classes.
Every fourth Sunday of the month, we have a class for students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.

We use a variety of styles of music in our services: hymns, contemporary worship, and Anglican chants. Music is integrated within the Anglican liturgy, so it serves elements in the liturgy, such as Eucharist, rather than taking its own moment in the service.
-
All are welcome to come down to those serving communion during the Eucharist half of the service.
If you have been baptized, we encourage you to partake of Communion.
If you have not been baptized, please still come down to those serving Communion with your arms crossed to receive a blessing.
Children
We are a covenant people, which means we welcome children as part of our Sunday gatherings and consider them full members of Christ's Body. We love having children in our service and do not treat them as obstacles to our corporate worship. This means our services often are full with the noise of our wonderful kiddos.
